Dosing Guide — 2026-10-08
This is the end-to-end walkthrough for working with a 10000IU HCG vial in research: from the sealed vial to a measured dose, with HCG's handling quirks flagged at each step. Each step links to a detailed guide. For laboratory research use only.
Platinum Biolabs ships every HCG vial with a batch-matched COA, from a US facility. Code PLATINUM25 takes 25% off your order at checkout.
Confirm the batch-matched COA and that you have the lyophilized (dry) vial, which ships stable. See where to buy HCG 10000IU and what a peptide COA is.
Run bacteriostatic water down the inside wall and swirl — never shake (HCG is a delicate glycoprotein). Your water volume sets IU per syringe unit on a U-100 syringe (100 units = 1 mL):
| Bac water | Concentration | Per unit (U-100) | 500 IU | 1000 IU |
| 1 mL | 10000 IU/mL | 100 IU | 5 units | 10 units |
| 2 mL | 5000 IU/mL | 50 IU | 10 units | 20 units |
Adding 2 mL gives easier-to-read units for small amounts. Full method: HCG 10000IU reconstitution and dosing.
HCG's relatively long half-life means research usually administers 2–3 times per week, not daily. Map your weekly IU before you start.
On a U-100 insulin syringe, draw to the unit count for your amount (e.g. 10 units = 500 IU at 5000 IU/mL). Refrigerate immediately after.
Verify, reconstitute gently (swirl, never shake), space administrations 2–3×/week, draw accurately on a U-100 syringe, and use within the ~30-day reconstituted window. That is the full lifecycle of a 10000IU HCG vial in research.
