Dosing Guide — 2026-10-13
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin ships as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) 10mg blend — 5mg of each peptide — so the first step in any research protocol is reconstitution. Done right, the math is simple and your per-dose draws land on clean syringe units. Here is the step-by-step.
Researcher special: code PLATINUM25 unlocks 25% off CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin and the GH research line. Every vial ships with a batch-matched COA at 99%+ HPLC purity.
The volume of bacteriostatic water you add sets your concentration. A common choice for a 10mg vial is 2mL, which gives 5mg/mL:
| BAC water added | Concentration | 250mcg dose = |
| 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 2.5 units |
| 2 mL | 5 mg/mL | 5 units |
| 3 mL | 3.33 mg/mL | 7.5 units |
More water = larger, easier-to-measure draws for small doses.
Swab both stoppers. Draw your chosen volume of bacteriostatic water and release it down the inside wall of the vial — not directly onto the peptide powder. Never spray forcefully.
Gently swirl or roll the vial until the powder fully dissolves. Shaking can damage the peptide. The solution should go clear. See the general reconstitution guide for technique detail.
Common GH-research doses are in the 200–300mcg range. Using 5mg/mL (2mL added), a 250mcg dose is 5 units on a U-100 syringe. For full dosing schedules, see the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin dosing guide.
Reconstitute the 10mg CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin vial with 2mL of bacteriostatic water for a clean 5mg/mL solution, add water gently down the vial wall, swirl (never shake), draw on a U-100 syringe, and refrigerate. For why this blend is so widely studied, see CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin vs HGH.
