Never mix compounds in a single vial. Reconstitute each on its own:

Inject the bac water slowly down the inside wall of each vial — don't squirt it onto the powder — then swirl gently until clear. Don't shake. Refrigerate all three after mixing and use within four weeks.

Reta is the only compound you titrate. Start low and step up:
Most protocols hold at 4 mg. Only step toward 6–8 mg if results stall after six to eight weeks, and only one step at a time. Tesamorelin and MOTS-C are not titrated — they run at a flat dose from day one (Tesa 1 mg nightly, MOTS-C 4 mg twice weekly).
