Stacks — 2026-06-09
The Shredder Stack runs three compounds on three different cadences. Once the schedule is laid out on a calendar it's straightforward. This is the dosing reference: concentrations, unit math, and an example week you can copy.
Educational content only — sold for research use, not for human consumption.
All three vials reconstitute to the same 10 mg/mL, which keeps the math identical across the stack:
| Vial | Bac water | Result | On a U-100 syringe |
| Reta 20mg | 2 mL | 10 mg/mL | 10 units = 1 mg |
| Tesa 10mg | 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 10 units = 1 mg |
| MOTS-C 10mg | 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 40 units = 4 mg |
Reconstitute each vial separately, refrigerate, and use within four weeks.
| Day | Reta | Tesa | MOTS-C |
| Sun | 40 units | 10 units | — |
| Mon | — | 10 units | 40 units |
| Tue | — | 10 units | — |
| Wed | — | 10 units | — |
| Thu | — | 10 units | 40 units |
| Fri | — | 10 units | — |
| Sat | — | 10 units | — |
Tesamorelin is the only daily injection. Reta anchors one day a week; MOTS-C lands on two.
Push one variable at a time, and give each change at least two weeks before judging it.
At the doses above, here's how long each vial actually lasts:
That's why the Shredder Stack Complete bundles 3× Tesa and 3× MOTS-C: it's a full month of all three compounds in one purchase. The base Shredder Stack holds one vial of each — only ~10 days of Tesa and MOTS-C — so it's a short intro to the full stack, not a complete month.
The interactive version of this schedule, with reconstitution walkthroughs, lives on the Shredder Stack dosing guide.
