Dosing Guide — 2026-10-28
Wolverine 20mg is the higher-concentration version of our most popular recovery blend — 10mg of BPC-157 plus 10mg of TB-500 in a single vial. It delivers the exact same daily dose as the 10mg version but runs twice as long per vial, which makes it the most cost-effective choice for a full recovery cycle. This guide covers the mixing math, the daily protocol, and how far a vial goes. For laboratory research use only.
Pricing and the batch COA are on the Wolverine 20mg page, and the exact numbers are in the Wolverine 20mg dosing guide. If you want the deeper protocol discussion, the Wolverine Stack dosing guide goes further into cycling and site selection.
Wolverine 20mg is a pre-blended combination: 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 in one lyophilized vial. BPC-157 is studied for localized tissue repair, TB-500 for systemic recovery signaling — pairing them is why the stack is so popular in recovery research. For why these two get combined, see the Wolverine Stack explained.
The standard dose is 250 mcg of each compound once daily. Because the 20mg vial is double-concentration, that dose is a small 5-unit pull:
| Protocol | Dose | Units (U-100 syringe) |
| Standard | 250 mcg BPC + 250 mcg TB | 5 units |
| Aggressive recovery | 500 mcg BPC + 500 mcg TB | 10 units |
Injected subcutaneously, once daily, ideally near the area being targeted where practical.
Add exactly 2 mL of bacteriostatic water:
Inject the water down the vial wall, swirl gently — never shake — and refrigerate. You'll need bacteriostatic water. The same technique works for both vial sizes; the 10mg vs 20mg comparison is handy if you're still deciding between them.
A 20mg vial holds enough for a full standard cycle on its own:
| Protocol | Approx. duration per vial |
| Standard (5 units/day) | ~40 days (~5–6 weeks) |
| Aggressive (10 units/day) | ~20 days |
That's the advantage over the 10mg vial — same daily dose, twice the runtime, so a typical 6-week cycle fits on roughly one vial instead of two. See the 20mg stack dosage guide for the full cycle math.
The Wolverine Stack tolerates longer cycles better than most peptides — there's minimal receptor-desensitization concern. Common structures run 6 weeks on with 4 weeks off for general recovery, or 8–12 weeks on for tendon and ligament research. Because BPC-157 has localized effects, injecting as close to the target tissue as practical matters for site-specific research; TB-500 works systemically regardless of site.
Refrigerate the dry powder before mixing. After reconstitution, store at 2–8°C and use within about four weeks. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
